Personal Airport Delivery

We deliver all car rental vehicles directly to You at the arrivals hall, Malaga Airport. After collecting Your luggage please follow these steps:

Proceed towards the arrivals hall
Keep on the same level (do not go downstairs)
Pass the first automatic doors

Our staff will be waiting holding a signboard with Your name on it

Car rental deliveries at other resort on the costa del sol can be arranged on request!

Information on late delivery procedures (00:00 – 08:00) is given on request – personal delivery and OMT (transport office) are available.

Specific details regarding delivery will be forwarded together with the booking confirmation.

Returning of the vehicle

All vehicles and keys are to be returned to our staff in time, at the parking infront of the departures hall unless otherwise agreed with the company at the time of delivery.

Failure in doing so may result in breach of contract and may be considered negligence – this especially refers to leaving the vehicle at any other location than specified, or, leaving the car keys with any other person than our staff, including other rental companies, airport offices or desks of any kind.

In it´s defect, any costs incured by our staff in order to recover the vehicle shall be charged to the renter – this included towing, fines, our time and all cost derived thereof, direct and indirect!

The renter is only legally covered by the insurance untill the point of termination of the contract.

Beyond this point an extra day shall be charged.

Delays on the returning of the vehicle

It is the renters responsability to advice of any delays at the returning of the vehicle.

Trafic density and other circumstances are not acceptable reasons for not complying with the returning procedures and timescale - we must be kept informed.

Extentions of the rental contract

Most vehicles are rented out to the next client immediately after their returning.

Extentions may be granted 48 hour before the termination of the contract and are not to be done in the last moment.

bSAFE! Fair Fuel Policy

We deliver the vehicle with 1/2 a tank – The renter returns it with 1/2 a tank.

We work with very low margins and there is no scope for paying our clients´ fuel - hence, we do not accept “almost” full tanks – it must be returned with the same amount of fuel as when delivered!

Surcharges per commenced quarter apply, should the car be returned with less.

We suggest all clients to refill at the BP Station right at the malaga airport (right hand side, 200 metres past the round about).

We do not include trafic fines, parking fines, damages caused due to wreckless driving or parking, towing expenses, undercarriage, clutch, mirrors, rims, antennae, upholstery, cigarette burns, extremely dirty interiors, loss of keys, wrong refuelling etc.

The renter shall be held economically responsible for this type of costs, direct and indirect.

Child Seats

We supply child seats and boosters (pillows) FREE of charge, which, due to Spanish regulations, are to be mounted/fastened by the renter.

Child seats and boosters comply with Spanish law of circulation.

Additional Drivers

For all clients comfort we include additional drivers FREE of charge. In order to be covered, all driver must hold a valid drivers licence and be acknowledged by the company, and regisered on the contract.

Driving ilegally and without insurance may result in legal procecution.

Legal information

The renter and main driver needs to produce the following at the delivery of the vehicle: valid passport, valid drivers licence and credit card (debit cards are not accepted).

Age limitation

Minimum age is 23 with 3 years of driving experience.

Maximum age is 75 years.

Negligent use

Negligent and non-adequate use of the vehicle is obviously not included without exception – all costs or losses, direct and indirect, derived thereof shall be charged to the renter.

In particular: circulating under the influence of alcohol or drugs, circulating beyond the termination of the contract, speeding, wreckless driving, wreckless parking, circulating without being registered as a recognized driver by the company, (the renter shall be held economically responsible).

Renters obligation in case of damages

The renter must inform the company immediately about damages – a detailed, or brief, declaration signed by the renter, with description of the occured, including time, place and circumstances, must be handed in the the company to be covered by the insurance!

The renter must take all measures not to abandon the vehicle in a position that may cause further damages.

Renters obligation in case of accident

To call the police, or, to make a police declaration at the nearest: Policia Local or Guardia Civil.

To inform the company immediately, or, as soon as possible with in 24 hours.

If a third party is involved the following details must be taken:

Third party´s full name and ID,
Licence plates,
Insurance company and insurance number (numero de poliza).

When posible, the “friendly declaration” or "Declaracion Amistosa de Accidente) should be filled in by the renter and the third party, and a copy of this document handed in to our staff.

Most vehicles gets rented out immediately after their returning - Handling of damages, and documentation regarding damages or accidents at the returning of the vehicle shall not be accepted and may result in further charges!

Exemption of responsabilities

Because of the nature of the car rental business which, regarding damages, break down, accidents, failure of a client to return a vehicle in time (and so forth), to a large degree depend on "force majeure" circumstances which are out of our control, bSAFE carhire is not responsible for damages or loss suffered, direct or indirect, without limitation, that the use of our website may cause - this also, especially, include al guarantees and promises stated on the site.

False declaration

False declaration regarding damages or accidents, shall, without exeption, be regarded as breach of the contract which means that the insurance does not cover!

We are honest and do not let our clients down!

Likewise, we don´t accept false declarations, verbal or in written.
